Working predominantly in the field with some office-based activity from our Coatbridge office, you will manage day-to-day operations, support operatives, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and help ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. As a Supervisor, you will support the operational delivery of housing maintenance activities across North Lanarkshire. You will be responsible for supervising operatives, planning resources, monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with company procedures and health and safety standards.
