Job summary

Mears Group is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead housing operations in North Lanarkshire. The role involves supervising operatives, planning resources, liaising with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

The position combines field-based activity with some office work from the Coatbridge office, and requires strong H&S compliance and customer satisfaction focus.

Qualifications

• Trade experience in construction or housing maintenance.
• Supervisory experience within the construction industry.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Annual salary: up to £42,464.80 Supervisor Location: North Lanarkshire Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm Salary: £42,464.80 per annum + company van and fuel card

This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to lead operational activities across a portfolio of properties while ensuring high standards of service delivery, health and safety compliance and customer satisfaction. Working predominantly in the field with some office-based activity from our Coatbridge office, you will manage day-to-day operations, support operatives, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and help ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. As a Supervisor, you will support the operational delivery of housing maintenance activities across North Lanarkshire. You will be responsible for supervising operatives, planning resources, monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with company procedures and health and safety standards.
