Popeyes UK Chicken & Pizza Ltd is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to own overall performance of a high-volume site. You will lead, coach and develop teams to achieve exceptional guest experience, sales and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll drive compliance, financials, and operations while building a strong culture, recruitment plans and future leaders for the site.

Qualifications

• Proven GM experience in branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurants.
• Able to maintain quality, safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L and costs.
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management and inventory systems.
• Strong people leadership with talent development ability.
• Experience with new-site openings or multi-site environments is a plus.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and employment laws.
• Own restaurant performance including P&L, sales, labour and food cost.
• Develop and mentor your team to unlock potential.
• Deliver Popeyes' quality, speed of service and guest experience.
• Lead recruitment and succession planning for the site.
• Control stock, inventory, ordering and waste reduction.
• Build rotas balancing availability, budgets and peak trade.
• Review data to identify opportunities and take action.

• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP), health & safety, and employment legislation
• Full accountability for your restaurant’s performance, inc P&L, sales, labour, food cost, audit and brand standards
• Support and develop your team to grow their careers and unleash their potential
• Deliver Popeyes' food quality, speed of service, and guest experience standards
