Job summary

ECG Facilities Services is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician in Birmingham to join our nationwide team. The role covers painting, tiling, basic plumbing, carpentry and water hygiene tasks across commercial, retail and industrial sites.

You'll demonstrate solid handyman skills, knowledge of health and safety, and a clean driving licence. A training background in trade maintenance is preferred, with experience using CAFM systems and PDAs to keep records up to date.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of basic plumbing maintenance.
• Understanding of tiling and carpentry.
• Strong handyman skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety obligations in maintenance.
• Full and clean driving licence (vehicle provided).
