Advance TRS is seeking an experienced General Foreman / Senior General Foreman for a site-based role at Testwood. You will lead teams and subcontractors, ensuring delivery to programme, budget and HSQE standards on a major water sector project.

The position offers permanent or contract options with competitive salary/rates and excellent benefits, with a focus on site safety and project delivery. Experience in water/wastewater is preferred, and relevant training is required.

Qualificações

• Must have Civil Engineering / Site Management qualification.
• SMSTS & CSCS Site Manager required.
• IOSH or equivalent H&S qualification.
• First Aid at Work certification essential.
• Water/wastewater experience preferred.
• EUSR Clean Water, CAT & Genny and Fire Marshall training encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on-site teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely and on schedule.
• Ensure works meet programme, budget and HSQE requirements.
• Maintain site safety and quality controls on major water sector project.

We’re looking for an experienced General Foreman / Senior General Foreman to join a leading water sector team delivering major works at Testwood.

You’ll play a key role on site, leading teams and subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme, budget and HSQE requirements.
