Job summary

Brownlee Cale Ltd in Chester is seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead day-to-day site operations on water treatment infrastructure schemes. You will manage direct labour and specialist subcontractors, coordinate civils, mechanical and construction activities, and plan labour, plant and materials against short-term programmes.

The role requires a delivery-focused mindset with a strong understanding of construction sequencing, RAMS and permits, and a commitment to safety, quality and site

Qualifications

• Strong General Foreman / Site Supervisor experience.
• Civil engineering background.
• Water / wastewater treatment experience.
• Experience managing direct workforces and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
• CITB Temporary Works Supervisor qualification would be advantageous.

• Drive quality, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Identify constraints early and resolve day-to-day delivery issues.
