The ideal candidate will bring proven supervisory experience in civil engineering, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to lead site operatives while maintaining clear client communication. Rate negotiable based on experience; freelance position available until year-end.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Foreman or similar supervisory role in civil engineering or groundworks.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering and groundworks operations.
• Practical experience in drainage, reinforced concrete, roads and hard landscaping.
• Experience managing site operatives and coordinating day-to-day site activities.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to lead from the front and support site delivery.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, including liaising with clients.
• Good understanding of site health and safety, quality control and construction programmes.
• CSCS and SSSTS are a minimum requirement.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and drive productivity on site.

• A hands-on approach, with the ability to lead from the front and support site delivery.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, including experience liaising with clients.
• A good understanding of site health and safety requirements, quality control and construction programmes.
• CSCS and SSSTS is a minimum

Rate is open to negotiation dependent on experience.
