Job summary

RTL Group Ltd in Scotland is seeking a General Foreman to lead day-to-day earthworks and civils activities on a major project. You will manage site teams, plant operators and subcontractors to deliver works safely, on programme and to specification.

The role requires a strong earthworks background, Gold CSCS card, SMSTS/SSSTS and a First Aid qualification, with proven leadership and good communication to liaise with site management.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Foreman on earthworks/civils projects.
• Gold CSCS card is essential.
• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification required or equivalent.
• First Aid qualification is expected.
• Strong leadership and clear communication.
