You will lead site teams and subcontractors, coordinate civil engineering tasks, monitor progress, enforce health and safety standards, and report to management. This on-site role requires strong leadership and clear communication, with focus on delivering high-quality results on a major highways project.

• Experience as General Foreman on highways or civil engineering projects.
