Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Highways Foreman to join a major civil engineering project. The role will involve supervising highways and civils works, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed to programme and to specification.

You will manage site teams, plant and resources, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure safety standards are consistently met across the project site.

Qualifications

• Previous Highways / Civils Foreman experience.
• Gold CSCS card.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• First Aid qualification.
• Strong highways / civils background.
