Job summary

Sanctuary is seeking a dedicated General Assistant - Cleaning at Rose Manor in Telford to maintain spotless communal areas, offices and kitchens while supporting residents and staff. The role emphasizes dignity, privacy, and compassionate service within a retirement community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep communal areas, offices, and kitchens clean and tidy.
• Complete all cleaning duties to a high standard.
• Report any faults or hazards to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure equipment is used safely.
• Help prepare meals and drinks while meeting customers' needs and respecting their privacy and dignity.

Your role
