BM Caterers in London is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant / General Assistant to join our team. You will monitor counters and chillers, keep areas clean, stock levels and presentation aligned with our six principles, and provide prompt service in a fast-paced environment.

You will communicate confidently with customers, take instruction from your manager, and ensure health and food safety standards are met. Previous customer service experience and Level 2 Food Safety are desired.

Qualificações

• Level 2 Food Safety certificate required.
• Level 2 Health & Safety certificate required.
• Barista trained and till usage experience preferred.
• Merchandising skills and customer service experience helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt and efficient service to every customer.
• Ensure counters are clean, well-stocked and laid out according to 6 key principles.
• Monitor restaurant areas to maintain consistent cleanliness standards.
• Ensure all Health & Safety and food safety requirements are met.

Monitoring counters and chillers to make sure they’re clean, well-stocked and presented in line with our six principles, you’ll regularly check the restaurant areas to ensure consistent levels of cleanliness with meticulous attention to detail. You have the ability to listen carefully and take instructions from your manager, and you provide prompt and efficient service at all times. You are also able to communicate confidently with customers, gaining feedback and reacting to their needs to ensure that every customer experience is a positive one.

Following procedures and displaying good food safety practice at all times, you have your Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates. With previous experience working in a customer service environment, you have good merchandising skills and till experience.
