About the Client

Our client is a property development group based in the North of England, managing a portfolio of over 2000 residential properties.

Their business involves acquiring properties on the open market, renovating them to standard for rental and resale, and managing all processes in-house, including Property Surveyance, Renovations, Lettings, Maintenance, Rent Collections, Property Management, Legal, Sales, and Marketing.

Position Details

Experience: Minimum 1 year in an administrative role

Location: Middlesbrough

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle daily administrative duties, including:

  • Organising tasks
  • Ensuring smooth operation of office admin processes
Skills Required
  • Proactive use of initiative and professional conduct
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
  • Professional phone manner
  • Data entry skills
  • Good typing speed
  • Team player with strong coordination abilities

Salary: £23,000+ per annum (dependent on experience)
