Job summary

JPMorganChase London is seeking an Associate in the Chief Data and Analytics Office to support day-to-day operations, governance, and business management of LLM Suite, our flagship GenAI application.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, risk, and control stakeholders to ensure reliable, responsible operation, manage multiple workstreams, and drive improvements in processes and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong background in business operations
• Experience in governance, risk and controls preferred
• Proven ability to design and operate target operating models and processes
• Strong analytical and presentation skills to influence stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver milestones across regions

Responsibilities

• Support release coordination activities, including milestones, dependencies, approvals, and risks.
• Support monthly billing processes for LLM Suite, including token spend analysis and reporting.
• Assist with stakeholder meeting prep, action item tracking, and status reporting.
• Support responses to inquiries from control, compliance, legal, risk, and model risk stakeholders.
• Manage and triage operational intake requests and propose improvements to reduce repeats.
• Assist resiliency initiatives, documentation, runbook maintenance, and testing coordination.
