Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks an Associate in the Chief Data and Analytics Office to support day-to-day governance, business management of LLM Suite, and multi-stream delivery across product, engineering and risk teams.

You will help manage release coordination, billing processes, stakeholder communications, and capacity planning in a fast-moving GenAI environment, contributing to responsible and scalable adoption across the firm.

• Strong analytical capabilities and governance experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support release coordination, tracking milestones and risks.
• Assist with monthly billing analysis and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Prepare materials for stakeholder meetings and follow-ups.
• Respond to inquiries from control, compliance, and risk stakeholders.
• Triage operational intake requests and identify recurring issues.
• Support resiliency initiatives and runbook maintenance.
• Assist with access reviews and user issue resolution.
• Aid audit fact-finding and RFI responses.
• Monitor usage limits and capacity planning for LLM Suite.
• Maintain application profile records in internal systems.
