Job summary

Aviva seeks a Head of GenAI Architecture to define and lead the enterprise strategy for Generative AI and related technologies. You will shape roadmaps, governance and standards to enable safe, scalable AI across the business.

You'll collaborate with technology, data, security and risk leaders to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes, mentoring talent and delivering reusable AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise architecture strategy within a large organisation.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs and AI platforms.
• Ability to translate technology into business outcomes and communicate to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy for GenAI, Agentic AI and related tech.
• Establish roadmaps, standards and governance for responsible AI adoption.
• Partner with senior leaders to turn AI experiments into scalable business capabilities.
