Job summary

Cigna Healthcare is seeking an experienced AI Architect to shape GenAI strategy across the enterprise. You will define end-to-end architectures, establish standards, and drive secure, scalable AI solutions in regulated environments.

You will partner with product, security, legal and cloud teams to implement responsible AI, governance, and measurable improvements in productivity and customer experience. Collaboration and innovation will be central to success.

Qualifications

Knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience with knowledge bases, agentic AI patterns and tool calling.
Familiarity with AI governance, safety, and compliance in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

Define blueprints, reference architectures and design patterns for GenAI applications.
Translate business needs into robust AI solutions balancing innovation and risk.
Mentor teams on AI strategy, governance and adoption of GenAI across domains.
Architect knowledge bases, RAG, and agentic workflows with secure data access.
