Job summary

Moody’s is seeking skilled professionals to drive adoption of its generative AI and data solutions for our clients. You will lead end-to-end implementations, onboarding, and adoption activities while interfacing with client teams and internal experts.

The role emphasizes discovery, training, API integrations and ongoing optimization of AI-enabled workflows. Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management are essential across on-site and remote delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Experience delivering end-to-end customer implementations or trials in financial services or related sectors.
• Experience with AI-enabled solutions and data workflows is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enable customers to adopt Moody’s generative AI and data solutions through leadership and guidance.
• Lead implementation, onboarding and adoption activities for AI and data solutions.
• Manage customer engagements from discovery through onboarding, training and feedback collection.
• Conduct workflow assessments to identify use cases and AI-enabled improvements.
• Support customers with solution configuration, access, and API integrations.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops and training remotely and on-site.
• Create customer-facing prompts, dashboards and training materials.
• Provide best-practice guidance to ensure stable deployments and adoption.
• Collaborate with client teams and internal SMEs to resolve product and data issues.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate requirements to Product Management and Strategy teams.
• Maintain accurate project and pipeline reporting.
