Job summary

Capital.com is seeking a Senior Operations Manager: Planning to shape how we forecast and allocate the right people and skills as we grow across new products and markets. You will own capacity planning across the organisation, forecasting demand such as new customer sign-ups and FinCrime alerts, and turning it into clear staffing needs.
