Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience
• Experience building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments
• Experience with recruiting operations, people analytics, or HR tech products
• Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, scheduling, and analytics stacks

Responsibilities

• Build and run cross-team planning and operating cadence for recruiting technology
• Align recruiting initiatives with company roadmaps and headcount planning
• Lead end-to-end cross-team programs across non-direct-reporting teams
• Drive integration across third-party platforms and internal tooling for data flow
