Job summary

Scale, a UK-based AI company, seeks a Technical Program Manager for the Platform team to partner with engineering and mature the Scale Generative AI Platform. You will own alignment from scoping to adoption, translating architectural complexity into execution strategies that unlock growth.

In a high-velocity AI environment, you will mitigate risks, maintain reliability, and drive cross-functional collaboration with executives, product, and research to deliver secure, scalable systems globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of TPM/PM/Engineer background shipping technical products or platforms.
• Platform-level experience with cloud-native infra, APIs, or distributed systems.
• AI/ML infrastructure literacy including GPU/CPU utilization and data pipelines.
• Strong communication with executives; translate complex challenges into business impact.
• Proficiency with iterative development and project tooling (Linear, Jira).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and high-velocity execution for SGP core capabilities including orchestration layers, model serving, and APIs.
• Coordinate across systems engineering, Core ML, Research, and Product to deliver unified SGP capabilities.
• Translate infrastructure metrics into actionable roadmaps; address multi-tenancy and data privacy needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks for massive-scale GenAI deployments and evolving AI frameworks.
• Establish lightweight agile processes and define SLOs to ensure production-grade reliability.
