Job summary

Quince seeks a Senior Inventory Planner to own forecasting and replenishment for international expansion. You will design models, prototype quickly with Python and SQL, and collaborate with data, BI, and engineering teams to scale planning across markets.

Work with AI/ML and agents to automate workflows while maintaining human oversight. Mentor the daily planner and translate business needs into technical requirements to shape how Quince buys for new markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics roles.
• Experience with AI-enabled planning and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define forecasting and planning method for international expansion.
• Develop and prototype planning models using Python/SQL and AI tools.
• Collaborate with data, BI, and engineering teams to scale planning systems.
• Support Senior Inventory Planner in day-to-day operations and decision making.
