TeacherActive Limited is partnering with a thriving college in Maidenhead to recruit a GCSE Maths Teacher on a temporary basis. You will inspire students, deliver engaging lessons, and support resit learners to achieve their GCSE Maths qualification.

The role focuses on building learner confidence, delivering high-quality schemes of learning, and making a real difference to student futures in a welcoming college environment.

Formación

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• SEND and Safeguarding experience is desirable.
• QTS, PGCE or DTTLS and experience in a further educational environment.
• A first class or 2:1 degree in maths.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced GCSE Maths Teacher to join the team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to teach a subject you are passionate about, while helping to motivate and support resit students as they work towards achieving their GCSE Maths qualification.

As a GCSE Maths Teacher, you will play a vital role in building learners’ confidence, raising aspirations, and delivering engaging lessons that help students overcome barriers and reach their goals. You will work within a supportive department, following and implementing high-quality schemes of learning while making a real difference to young people’s futures.

The successful GCSE Maths teacher will have:

• A first class or 2:1 degree in a Maths
• QTS, PGCE or DTTLS and experience in a further educational environment
• Experience in teaching young people in a diverse setting.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• SEND and Safeguarding experience is desirable
• DBS on the update service
