TeacherActive is recruiting a GCSE Maths Teacher for a temporary post in Maidenhead. You will teach GCSE Maths and support resit learners, within a college environment recognised for its Good OFSTED rating.

You will work in a diverse setting, following high-quality schemes of learning with a supportive department and ongoing CPD opportunities. DBS update service is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• A first class or 2:1 degree in Maths.
• QTS, PGCE or DTTLS and experience in a further educational environment.
• Experience teaching learners in a diverse setting.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• SEND and Safeguarding experience is desirable.
• DBS on the update service.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced GCSE Maths Teacher to join the team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to teach a subject you are passionate about, while helping to motivate and support resit students as they work towards achieving their GCSE Maths qualification.

As a GCSE Maths Teacher, you will play a vital role in building learners’ confidence, raising aspirations, and delivering engaging lessons that help students overcome barriers and reach their goals. You will work within a supportive department, following and implementing high-quality schemes of learning while making a real difference to young people’s futures.

The successful GCSE Maths teacher will have:

• A first class or 2:1 degree in a Maths
• QTS, PGCE or DTTLS and experience in a further educational environment
• Experience in teaching young people in a diverse setting.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• SEND and Safeguarding experience is desirable
• DBS on the update service
