Qualifications

• Ability to upsell and promote add-on services.
• A full, valid clean driving licence with at least 4 years driving experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high quality rental service to meet customer needs.
• Sell the company’s services and products to achieve targets.
• Handle telephone inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Accurately complete all rental administration and vehicle documentation.
• Responsible for cash, vehicles, premises and customer safety.
