Job summary

Trouw Nutrition GB is seeking a Logistics Administrator to support day-to-day site logistics at our Ashbourne location. You will work with drivers, internal teams, and the Gatehouse to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant operations.

You will gain hands-on experience in logistics administration within a fast-paced environment, backed by structured onboarding and training. The role offers steady hours and opportunities to contribute to a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics administration or similar roles is beneficial but not required.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; ERP exposure (Infor M3) helps.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to prioritise, stay organised and adapt to changing priorities.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexible to cover busy periods and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound vehicle movements and site traffic.
• Operate Gatehouse and weighbridge activities.
• Coordinate with drivers and partners to ensure safety and PPE compliance.
• Prepare delivery documentation and ensure records are accurate.
• Maintain records, reports, and traceability documentation.
• Support loading/unloading coordination with transport and site teams.
• Handle general administrative tasks within logistics.
• Learn site processes with structured onboarding.
