Job summary

Trouw Nutrition GB, Ashbourne, is seeking a Logistics Administrator to support daily site logistics and gatehouse operations. You’ll work closely with drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle flow, accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

This hands-on, site-based role offers onboarding, training, and exposure to global logistics processes within a busy operations environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics administration or similar operational environment.
• Confident with computers and MS Office.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as Infor M3 is advantageous with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound vehicle movements to ensure safe site traffic flow.
• Operate Gatehouse and weighbridge activities for daily site logistics.
• Liaise with drivers and partners to ensure safety and PPE compliance.
• Support transport and logistics activities, including driver instructions on site.
• Prepare and manage delivery documentation with accurate records.
