In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of our site logistics operations, working closely with drivers, internal teams, and the Gatehouse function. You’ll help manage vehicle flow, documentation, and compliance, contributing directly to safe and efficient operations. This is a hands‑on, site‑based role offering the opportunity to build your experience in logistics administration within a fast‑paced and collaborative environment. You'll join a small, supportive team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are part of the day‑to‑day. We know there's a lot to learn, from site processes and documentation to systems and compliance requirements, so you'll receive dedicated support and training during your onboarding.
Previous experience in logistics administration, transport, gatehouse, warehouse administration, or similar operational environments is beneficial but not essential. Confident using computers and systems, with experience of Microsoft Office. Exposure to ERP systems such as Infor M3 is an advantage, but training will be provided. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately when managing documentation and records. Able to prioritise tasks, stay organised, and adapt when priorities change throughout the day. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to supporting the team. Flexible and willing to support colleagues during busy periods and holiday cover.
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. Some flexibility is required to support operational needs, and we aim to offer the same flexibility in return.
You’ll work as part of a two‑person logistics administration team, with overlapping shifts to ensure support and continuity throughout the day.
