Anchor Group Services seeks an experienced Security Officer to join the Balaena Tyne site in Newcastle. You will be the visible security presence, manage access, conduct patrols and handle incidents while delivering professional, friendly service to staff and visitors.

The role requires a valid frontline SIA licence, good communication and observation skills, and the ability to work a 4 on/4 off pattern on a zero-hour contract with pay of £13.00 per hour.

Formación

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• High level of vigilance and situational awareness is essential.
• Experience in security or frontline service is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a visible security presence across the site and engage with staff, contractors and visitors.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor activity, access points, and gatehouse operations.
• Respond promptly to incidents and security concerns following site procedures.
