2 Sisters Food Group Limited in Scunthorpe is seeking a Gatehouse Officer on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, averaging about 42 hours per week. You will protect site security, handle visitors, and manage weighbridge duties while maintaining professional communication with staff and contractors.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, calmness under pressure, and the ability to record information accurately, with opportunities for training and progression.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor the gatehouse, ensuring only authorised personnel enter the premises.
• Be a first point of contact for visitors to the site.
• Manage the weighbridge, accurately recording the weights of the vehicles and any other necessary information.
• Conduct patrols to ensure the site is secure; addressing any security breaches.
• Professionally answer telephone calls to the site, providing assistance and redirecting enquires when required.
• Conduct staff searches when necessary.
• Escort staff off site when requested by their Manager.
• Report any incidents, breaches or irregularities promptly to the appropriate authorities.
• Ensure site/Health and Safety rules are followed.
