Qualifications

• Experience in security/gatehouse roles desirable, training provided for right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Gatehouse Operations: Maintain a professional and vigilant presence at the gatehouse and monitor entry/exit points.
• Access Control & Traffic Management: Oversee movement of vehicles and ensure only authorised personnel enter, operate barriers as needed.
• Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of vehicle movements, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Verify visitor IDs, credentials and delivery docs to ensure compliance with site procedures.
• Security Monitoring: Remain alert to unusual activity and escalate issues promptly.
• Professional Communication: Maintain clear, courteous communication with employees, visitors, contractors, and clients.
• Site Safety & Compliance: Adhere to policies and safety requirements at all times.
