Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a Gatehouse Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our properties and sites in the Manchester area. You will monitor premises, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and maintain detailed reports, with emphasis on reliability and strong communication.

The role is full-time, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a requirement for access to own transport and a valid SIA badge.

Competenze

• Valid SIA Badge.
• SG or DS Licence.
• 5-year UK checkable work history.
• Holder of a UK manual driving licence.

Mansioni

• Meet and greet visitors, staff and contractors and manage the gatehouse environment.
• Conduct routine vehicle patrols of assigned premises and detect signs of any intrusion or unusual activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies and incidents, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.
• Liaise with local authorities, including police, emergency healthcare services or fire services in case of an emergency.
• Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports, logging all security-related activities and occurrences.
• Operate a telephone switchboard and use client software in the control room.
