Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Gateman for a construction project in Blyth. The role involves managing the site entrance, welcoming visitors, and signing in checks while ensuring site records are accurate and secure.

You will act as the first point of contact for arrivals, verify deliveries, direct vehicles, and maintain a safe gate area in all weather conditions. Full PPE and valid CSCS/Traffic Marshal tickets are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CSCS Card.
• Must hold a valid Traffic Marshal/ Gateman ticket.
• Must be hardworking and driven.
• Must have valid ID/Passport.
• Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots).

Responsibilities

• Managing the site entrance and welcoming all visitors, subcontractors, clients and deliveries.
• Ensuring all visitors sign in and that site records are completed accurately.
• Acting as the first point of contact for anyone arriving on site.
• Checking and verifying deliveries, directing vehicles and safely banking lorries when required.
• Monitoring site access and ensuring no unauthorised personnel enter the premises.
• Maintaining a safe, tidy and organised gate area at all times.
• Carrying out wheel washing and jet washing duties when required, depending on site and weather conditions.
• Following all site procedures and carrying out additional duties as instructed by the site management team.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with site health and safety regulations.
