What’s the role
The Energy Settlements Team, within the Operations umbrella, is responsible for maintaining the integrity of industry data across the gas and electricity portfolio.
Reporting to the Energy Settlements Manager, the Gas Settlements Analyst will have multiple performance and compliance targets. Attention to detail is crucial, especially given the industry’s evolving landscape and regulatory obligations.
You will interact with various third-party partners, appointed agents, and wider business areas. Your role in resolving customer, agent, and industry exceptions will make you a key part of the business.
As part of the Industry Operations team, you will work with industry dataflows, industry read performance, industry settlements, and revenue leakage. Collaboration with Registrations and Metering teams will be essential to ensure end-to-end accountability.
