Equans in Coleshill, near Birmingham, is seeking a Service Coordinator (Gas) to support efficient service delivery to customers, clients and stakeholders on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will manage live diaries, plan service programmes, and handle administration while liaising with tenants, clients and engineers to ensure SLAs are met and data is accurate. This role requires strong coordination and communication skills within a busy field team.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating service diaries and appointments.
• Strong communication with tenants, clients and engineers.
• Familiarity with service, repair and installation administration.

Responsibilities

• Reactive management of live diaries ensuring appointments are set and kept.
• Plan service programme in line with no access process.
• General administration tasks for Service, Repair and Installation.
