Job summary

EQUANS is recruiting a Gas Engineer based in Coleshill to service social housing across the East quadrant of Birmingham. This permanent, full-time role (40 hours) involves servicing, maintenance and repairs of gas systems in residential and commercial properties.

You will work to safety standards, liaise with clients, and maintain records. The package includes pension, leave, life cover, EAP and other employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe registration required.
• NVQ/City & Guilds in gas engineering (min level 3).
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections, diagnostics and servicing of gas appliances and heating systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Respond to emergency repairs and document work performed accurately.
