Job summary

Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Service Coordinator (Gas) to join our Coleshill team in Birmingham on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on ensuring efficient service delivery, effective communication with clients and stakeholders, and timely administration for service, repair and installation work.

You will manage diaries, coordinate appointments, monitor work orders and liaise with tenants, clients and engineers to resolve issues, while maintaining up-to-date records in our

Responsibilities

• Manage reactive diaries and coordinate appointments, including emergencies.
• Plan service programme in line with access constraints.
• Handle general admin for service, repair and installation.
• Be the first point of contact for tenants, clients and engineers by phone.
• Monitor work orders for accuracy and resolve errors or omissions.
• Reallocate work when staff are absent or in training.
• Collaborate with planning, trades and supervisors to resolve issues.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date systems, including SORs, WIP and sub-contractor orders.
