Job summary

Rock Recruitment is seeking an experienced Gas Breakdown Engineer to service domestic social housing contracts in Kent/Maidstone/Canterbury. You will diagnose and repair boilers across major brands, working on a PDA workflow and earning competitive pay.

You will join a market-leading housing association, on a 1-in-4 rota for emergencies, with holiday, pension, a company van and uniform provided. 8–10 jobs per day in your chosen area.

Qualifications

• Experience working on domestic social housing contracts.
• Proficient in boiler diagnostics, servicing and repairs.
• Gas ACS qualifications (CENWAT, CCN1, HTR1, CKR1) required.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out domestic breakdown repairs on social housing properties.
• Respond to emergency calls on a 1 in 4 weeks rota.
• Complete up to 8-10 job visits per day using PDA.
• Work within a market leading housing association on repairs and servicing.

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000k plus unlimited overtime / call out earning potential

Also offering commercial and LPG training

Job Summary:

• We are currently looking for experienced Gas Service & Repair Engineers to work on a domestic housing contract for a market leading housing association company
• 1 in 4 weeks call out rota for emergency repairs, great pay incentives for this
• All works will be in the social housing sector and all jobs will be sent via a pda
• The successful Gas Service & Repair Engineer will receive between 8-10 jobs a day all based in your chosen working location
• Holiday allowance, company van, uniform, pda and pension will all be provided

Essential Requirements:

• Hold a full UK Clean driving licence
• Domestic breakdown experience in the social housing sector
• Competent with all boiler diagnostics, servicing & repairs, across all major brands
• CENWAT, CCN1, HTR1, CKR1 gas ACS qualifications
