Job summary

Example Recruitment Group is recruiting a Domestic Gas Service & Repair Engineer to join a leading property services and facilities maintenance company, covering the Braintree and Essex areas.

The role involves servicing and breakdowns in domestic housing association properties, fault finding, diagnostics and boiler/heating system repairs. A full UK driving licence and ACS qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Strong breakdown & repair experience required.
• ACS: CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Servicing & breakdowns in domestic housing association properties.
• Fault finding, diagnostics, boiler & heating system repairs.
• All appointments pre-booked - no cold calling.

Domestic Gas Service & Repair Engineer - £42,000 - £45,000 basic + OTE
