Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Service & Breakdown Gas Engineer to service, diagnose faults, and repair domestic gas appliances and heating systems across residential properties in the Southwark area. You will work with a planning team to keep workloads efficient and supported, maximizing your earnings through a Schedule of Rates.

The role offers a basic salary of £40,000 with uncapped earning potential through SOR, and on-target earnings of £60,000–£70,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Domestic Service & Breakdown Gas Engineer.
• Social Housing experience desired.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service & Breakdown Gas Engineer to join a growing team covering Southwark. Engineers work on a Schedule of Rates (SOR), offering uncapped earning potential, with realistic on-target earnings of £60,000 - £70,000.

THE ROLE

You'll be responsible for servicing, diagnosing faults, and repairing domestic gas appliances and heating systems across residential properties. You'll be supported by an experienced planning team to ensure your workload is efficiently scheduled, reducing unnecessary travel and allowing you to focus on delivering a high-quality service.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• basic salary of £40,000
• Uncapped earnings through a Schedule of Rates (SOR)

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Domestic Service & Breakdown Gas Engineer - minimum 5 years qualified
• Previous Social Housing experience
• Current ACS qualifications (CKR1 & HTR1 required)
• Full UK driving licence (clean preferably)
