Job summary

Rock Recruitment is seeking experienced Gas Breakdown Engineers to service domestic housing contracts across RH/SM/South CR postcodes in the UK. The role includes a 1 in 4 weeks emergency call-out rota with rewarding incentives, and daily workload of 8–10 jobs per engineer in your chosen location.

A company van, PDA, pension, uniform and holiday allowance are provided. You must hold a full UK driving licence, have domestic breakdown experience in social housing, be competent with boiler

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic housing outage repairs within social housing.
• Extensive boiler diagnostics, servicing and repairs across major brands.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Gas ACS qualifications: CENWAT, CCN1, HTR1, CKR1.

Responsibilities

• Carry out gas breakdown repairs on domestic housing contracts.
• Work on 1 in 4 weeks call out rota for emergency repairs.
• Handle 8–10 jobs per day within your chosen location using PDA for job details.

Job Title: Gas Breakdown Engineer

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000k plus unlimited overtime / call out earning potential

Job Summary

• We are currently looking for experienced Gas Service & Repair Engineers to work on a domestic housing contract for a market leading housing association company
• 1 in 4 weeks call out rota for emergency repairs, great pay incentives for this
• All works will be in the social housing sector and all jobs will be sent via a pda
• The successful Gas Service & Repair Engineer will receive between 8-10 jobs a day all based in your chosen working location
• Holiday allowance, company van, uniform, pda and pension will all be provided

Essential Requirements

• Hold a full UK Clean driving licence
• Domestic breakdown experience in the social housing sector
• Competent with all boiler diagnostics, servicing & repairs, across all major brands
• CENWAT, CCN1, HTR1, CKR1 gas ACS qualifications
