Job summary

BOC Limited, a Linde company, seeks a Production Manager to lead the EffecTech Production function, ensuring timely delivery of gases and gas mixtures to the highest quality. You will recruit, manage and develop staff within a formal appraisal/training framework and align resources with client needs.

You will operate within ISO 17034 accredited processes, monitor gas quality measurements, and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise schedules while upholding safety and integrity values across

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in a science/engineering discipline or significant experience in gas mixture production
• Strong knowledge of gas quality measurement and related standards
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead the EffecTech Production function to ensure on-time delivery of gases and gas mixtures to high quality standards
• Familiarise with ISO 17034 accredited processes within the quality system
• Resource staff and materials to maintain the production schedule
• Recruit, manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff within appraisal and training framework
• Resource and prioritise work within department based on client requirements and stakeholder input
