Job summary

Sureserve Group plc is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join our team in South East England. The role focuses on carrying out repairs, fault finding, and annual servicing visits for social housing contracts across London & the South East.

Qualifications include ACS & other gas qualifications and a full UK driving licence (points limited). You will work to first-time fix targets while upholding high safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS & other gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points).
• Experience in Social Housing desirable but not essential.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out day‑to‑day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first‑time fix targets
• Maintaining high‑quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

Candidate Requirements

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
