Job summary

Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, is recruiting a gas technician to perform day-to-day repairs, fault finding, and servicing across London and the South East.

You will hold ACS and relevant gas qualifications, a clean UK driving licence, and a strong focus on customer service while working with a diverse client base in social housing. DBS checks and pre-employment checks apply. Join a leading team offering ongoing progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS and other relevant gas qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence (less than 6 points).
• Social Housing experience desirable but not essential.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Role

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first‑time fix targets
• Maintaining high‑quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
