Job summary

Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, is recruiting an experienced Gas Engineer to join the team in London & the South East, with duties including repairs, fault finding and servicing visits. You will be expected to meet first‑time fix targets and maintain high quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.

We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out day‑to‑day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first‑time fix targets
• Maintaining high‑quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
