Job summary

Sureserve Compliance South is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join its growing team. You will be responsible for day-to-day gas repairs, fault finding and annual servicing visits within the social housing sector across London & the South East.

The successful candidate will have valid ACS qualifications, a full UK driving licence (≤6 points) and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Experience in social housing is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS & other gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (0–6 points).
• Experience in Social Housing desirable but not essential.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day gas repairs and servicing.
• Fault finding during site visits and callouts.
• Complete annual servicing visits.
• Meet first-time fix targets.
• Maintain high quality standards and safety.
• Focus on customer satisfaction on every job.
• Attend jobs on time and inform contact center of delays.

Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first-time fix targets
• Maintaining high-quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer serviceli>
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
