Job summary

British Gas is seeking Service & Repair engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers to ensure customers get the help they need, when they need it. You will play a pivotal part in our British Gas' Service Promise! of same day fix for our customers.

Base Salary is £47,303 with uncapped OTE - £54,400 is a realistic expectation through our fantastic field reward scheme. A £10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to make the jump.

Qualifications

• 3 years' qualified experience of fault finding and diagnosis.
• ACS qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1.
• Electrical knowledge with boilers and heating systems (S-plan/Y-plan).

Responsibilities

• Represent British Gas in customers' homes and diagnose/repair boilers and heating systems.
• Provide outstanding customer experience on every visit.
• Collaborate with managers, mentors and colleagues to ensure service is delivered to the Service Promise (same day fix).
