Qualifications

• 3 years' qualified experience of fault finding and diagnosis.
• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1).
• Experience working with various boilers and central heating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer experience on service visits.
• Attend annual service visits or complex breakdowns in customers' homes.
• Represent British Gas professionally.
