Job summary

British Gas is seeking Service & Repair Engineers to join our team of gas engineers. You will work in customers' homes, delivering the British Gas Service Promise with a focus on same-day fixes and exceptional customer care.

The base salary is £47,303 with an uncapped OTE; £54,400 is a realistic expectation through our field reward scheme, and ACS qualifications are essential. Ideal candidates will have 3 years of fault-finding experience, strong electrical knowledge of S-plan, Y-plan and

Qualifications

• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1).
• 3 years' qualified experience of fault finding and diagnosis.
• Electrical knowledge, wiring on S-plan, Y-plan and combo systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent British Gas in customers' homes with support from managers and mentors.
• Provide excellent customer experience on every visit and ensure quality delivery.
