British Gas is recruiting Service & Repair engineers to join our team of Gas Engineers, ensuring customers get help when they need it. You will be based in the UK with a focus on delivering first-time fixes and maintaining our Service Promise.

Strong ACS qualifications and fault-finding skills are essential. Base salary is £47,303 with up to £6,400 London weighting, and realistic OTE of about £62,640 through our field reward scheme.

Qualifications

• ACS qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 are required.
• 3 years' qualified experience in fault finding and diagnosis.
• Electrical knowledge including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination heating systems.

Responsabilités

• Represent British Gas in customers’ homes with support from managers, mentors, and colleagues.
• Ensure high customer experience on every visit and across services.
• Work with various boilers and heating systems as part of standard duties.
