Job summary

British Gas is seeking Service & Repair engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers, delivering a same-day fix and outstanding customer experience on every visit. You'll play a pivotal part in our Service Promise and help households stay safe and warm.

Base Salary is £47,303 with uncapped OTE; £54,400 is a realistic expectation through our field reward scheme. Experience with various boilers and heating systems is essential, with ACS qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 and HTR1.

Qualifications

• 3 years' qualified experience in fault finding and diagnosis.
• Electrical knowledge with boilers and heating systems.
• ACS qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1.

Responsibilities

• Represent British Gas in customers' homes, ensuring a high standard of service on every visit.
• Diagnose faults and perform safe, effective repairs on heating systems and boilers.
• Contribute to the Service Promise of same-day fixes for customers.

Job description

We need Service & Repair engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers, to ensure that our customers get the help they need, when they need it. You will play a pivotal part in our British Gas' Service Promise! of same day fix for our customers.

• A natural dedicated focus on providing outstanding customer experience on every visit
• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1)
• 3 year's qualified experience of fault finding and diagnosis
• Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan and combination systems and boilers
